Memar Mustaqbil is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming and outgoing calls, provide information about our products and services, resolve customer issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide personalized service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations and Marketing Collaboration:
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Stay informed about new products and services to effectively market and sell them to clients
- Performance Analysis and Staff Training:
- Analyze sales data and metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer interactions.
- Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for the team.
- Customer Satisfaction and Issue Resolution:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective resolutions to issues or complaints.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and resolved satisfactorily.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma ,intermediate or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a call center representative or in a customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and deliver effective sales presentations.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and call center systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Urdu; additional languages are a plus.
