Job Description

Memar Mustaqbil is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming and outgoing calls, provide information about our products and services, resolve customer issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Provide personalized service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  2. Sales Presentations and Marketing Collaboration:
    • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
    • Stay informed about new products and services to effectively market and sell them to clients
  3. Performance Analysis and Staff Training:
    • Analyze sales data and metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer interactions.
    • Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
    • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for the team.
  4. Customer Satisfaction and Issue Resolution:
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective resolutions to issues or complaints.
    • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and resolved satisfactorily.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma ,intermediate or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a call center representative or in a customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver effective sales presentations.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and call center systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu; additional languages are a plus.
