Memar Mustaqbil is offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our HR team as an HR Intern. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Help manage the applicant tracking system and maintain candidate records.
- Onboarding and Orientation:
- Assist in the preparation of onboarding materials and orientation programs for new hires.
- Support the coordination of new hire orientation sessions.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and policies.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and projects.
- Employee Relations:
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Help address employee inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Training and Development:
- Support the planning and coordination of training sessions and workshops.
- Assist in the development and distribution of training materials.
- Help track and record employee training and development activities.
- HR Projects:
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and practices.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and provide recommendations to the HR team.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
