Job Description

Memar Mustaqbil is offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our HR team as an HR Intern. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about pursuing a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support:
    • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with candidates.
    • Help manage the applicant tracking system and maintain candidate records.
  • Onboarding and Orientation:
    • Assist in the preparation of onboarding materials and orientation programs for new hires.
    • Support the coordination of new hire orientation sessions.
    • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
  • HR Administration:
    • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
    • Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and policies.
    • Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and projects.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
    • Help address employee inquiries and provide support as needed.
    • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development:
    • Support the planning and coordination of training sessions and workshops.
    • Assist in the development and distribution of training materials.
    • Help track and record employee training and development activities.
  • HR Projects:
    • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and practices.
    • Conduct research on HR best practices and provide recommendations to the HR team.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
