Memar Mustaqbil is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Umrah Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts for our Umrah packages, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the travel and tourism industry, particularly Umrah services, and the ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote our offerings.
Requirement:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and pitches. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market.
- Analyzing sales data and metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Training and mentoring sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues or complaints promptlion
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management:
- Promote and sell Umrah packages to prospective clients through various channels.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide personalized consultation to clients regarding Umrah packages, itineraries, and travel requirements.
- Manage customer inquiries and follow up on leads promptly.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients and partners.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Guide clients through the booking process, including visa applications, flight arrangements, and accommodation bookings.
- Provide clients with detailed pre-departure information and support.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and customer feedback.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for management on sales and marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree intermediate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Umrah travel requirements and services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English and Urdu; additional languages are a plus.
