Job Description
Provelopers is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions and provides an opportunity to learn and contribute to different aspects of human resources.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and facilitating training sessions.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and preparing HR documents.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events or activities.
- Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and initiatives, providing research and administrative support as needed.
- Assist in compiling HR metrics and data for reporting purposes.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn about HR practices and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or relevant work experience in HR.
- Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
