Job Description

Provelopers is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions and provides an opportunity to learn and contribute to different aspects of human resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and facilitating training sessions.
  •  Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and preparing HR documents.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events or activities.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and initiatives, providing research and administrative support as needed.
  • Assist in compiling HR metrics and data for reporting purposes.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn about HR practices and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship or relevant work experience in HR.
  • Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
