Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Executive located in Lahore, Pakistan. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing recruitment efforts, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and coordinating employee training and development programs. They will also work closely with other departments to provide guidance on HR-related issues, maintain personnel records, and recommend strategic organizational changes to promote employee engagement and overall company success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources would be a plus point
- Fresh graduates could apply too • Knowledge of Pakistan’s employment laws and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a member of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with HR software and databases
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Prior experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is preferred
